Using collaborative mentoring in critical care

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Mentoring has evolved from the traditional dyad of a mentor and mentee to a larger network of collaborators. A team effort is especially advantageous in critical care, where most nurses are not only very competent in providing care but also extremely knowledgeable and experts in specific areas as well.
