Abstract

What is the most important question in the study of religion?

Rev. David Coffey discusses what he thinks is the most important question in the study of religion. He states that all his life he has focused on central questions of religion, such as the question of the nature of God. He wrote a book on the Trinity, which he points out to be a very complex question, for example, explaining the different understandings of the Holy Spirit found in eastern and western traditions.
