Abstract
What attracted you to the Catholic Priesthood?
Rev. David Coffey discuses his decision to enter the Catholic priesthood. He explains that his decision was very immature because he thought at the time that an ordained life was the only way to live close to God. He admits that he did not realize that married life could provide an environment for spiritual growth as well; but Father Coffey adds that he has never lost his desire to be a priest.
