Abstract
How do you define religion?
Dr. Ramdas Lamb discusses his definition of religion, which he suggests is a “culturally defined value system that hierarchically preconceives the world” for humans. Having been a Hindu monk, Dr. Lamb speaks of his experience of religion through interaction with Buddhist and Catholic monks as welcoming, humbling, and unifying.
