Abstract

How do you approach the study of religion?

Dr. Michael Baxter teaches his students the truth claims of Catholicism. He teaches Catholicism as truth because he believes it to be true. His model of teaching is founded on the idea that if you are not upfront and clear with what you believe, you won’t know why you believe anything and so would not be able to explain it to others.
