Abstract
Is it possible to demonstrate the existence of God?
Dr. Martin Jaffee discusses the idea of the “presence of God” versus the existence of God. He uses the analogy of the gardener of the earth as the common answer to the question of belief in God’s presence. Jaffee defends the rationality of those who believe in God, saying that their beliefs are true because of their own experiences and should be taken seriously.
